Quantum Liquid Films: A Generic Many-Body Problem
Abstract This contribution reports on recent progress in the investigation of the structure and excitations of quantum liquids adsorbed to a solid surface, the states of impurity atoms in such films, and the interaction between them. The subtitle of my talk is “A Generic Many-Body Problem”, it indicates that I will, to some extent, emphasize the methodological aspect of the problem.
