Anchorage Strength of Post-installed Reinforcement
The development of the construction industry has required a wider use of reinforced concrete joints using reinforcing bars installed in a finished concrete base (“post-installed” reinforcing bars). In recent years, a large number of studies of the strength and stiffness of such joints have been carried out, new design solutions for reinforcement embedding have appeared. This required the use of modern methods for controlling the adhesion strength of reinforcement and compositions for filling holes in such joints. The article presents the main prerequisites for the development of proposals for the control method and processing of test results for control samples.
