Typology of Post-occupied Subsidized Simple Home Module Pattern
The subsidized housing development program is carried out simultaneously in large numbers. The change house occurs due to the addition of space in a simple home in the post-occupancy period. This study will affect the sustainability of the program/house. The location of this research is in Bumi Salam Sejahtera Housing, Moncongloe District. The study aims to determine the characteristics of the house's changing pattern on the function module and the area of the house. The housing zone is categorized into the front side of the core house, the middle site, and the back of the main house. The analysis was carried out descriptively by comparing it with the initial house plan. The study's results found differences in the typology of house patterns except for the living room and bedroom patterns. The module designs that have changed are the bathroom and kitchen.
