A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Green Building Aided Optimization System Based on BIM+GIS and Case-Based Reasoning
The construction industry is one of the industries with high energy consumption in China. People pay more and more attention to the realization of sustainable development in the construction industry. In recent years, China’s green building has made great development, there will be more sustainable buildings in the future. In order to ensure the healthy and rapid development of China’s green building, China promulgated and implemented the “green building evaluation standard” as an authoritative document to guide and support the sustainable development of the construction industry. There are many problems in the process of traditional green building design, including the lag of green building design guidance, designers’ vague understanding of green building concept, and the lack of overall design method and platform to integrate the information interaction process between various design professionals and non design professional project participants, thus affecting the overall sustainable effect of the project. With the continuous updating and improvement of BIM (building information model) technology, the informatization level of the construction industry in the world continues to improve. BM, as a revolutionary technology in the industry, can be applied to the whole life cycle of construction and create value for project participants at all stages. BIM re integrates the architectural design process and pays attention to building life cycle management together with green buildings.
