New rural construction is a key part of the rural revitalization strategy. Prefabricated buildings can greatly improve the living quality of buildings and meet the needs of production, life and environmental protection. This paper puts forward the dilemma of traditional architecture and current prefabricated buildings in rural development, puts forward how to promote and develop prefabricated buildings in rural areas with a problem-oriented approach, and puts forward suggestions in terms of economy, technology, policy and publicity guidance. In order to promote the development of characteristic prefabricated farm house building to provide beneficial ideas.
