Rheological Models; Differential Representation
Abstract The behavior of viscoelastic materials under uniaxial loading may be represented by means of conceptual models composed by elastic and viscous elements. These models are particularly useful from a didactic point of view. As analogs for stress and strain we use the total extending force and the total extension.
