Application of Smart Contracts as Project-Based Approach to Innovative Healthcare Construction
The construction of innovative healthcare facilities has its own specific features. There exist a great number of multifaceted requirements to be met by healthcare facility projects and their construction technologies, established in statutory documents and individually developed construction designs. Highly relevant in this context is innovative approach to managing and monitoring the processes arising out of the interaction between construction participants. This paper discusses project finance and smart contracts as mechanisms for enhanced interaction between participants of innovative health facility construction projects.
