Public-Private Partnership: Risk Allocation in Different International Markets
The principal intent of this paper is to address the issue of risk allocation in the public-private partnerships with reference to previous studies. The author performs a methodological analysis about the state of the art and in the end proposes a summary table whose goal is to critically order the scientific production in this regard. It is clearly a research activity driven by the desire to circumstantiate and collect, almost fixing its contents, the scientific assets related to risk allocation in the public-private partnerships. Moreover, the result presented is a possible starting point for subsequent investigations, with reference to case studies, where the specificity of each project will be the reason for discussion and study (of Galilean-inspired) and possibly subsequent revisions and investigations of the assumptions proposed in this paper.
