Biodégradation de matrices cimentaires
Microorganisms involved in the biodegradation of concrete, as an indirect attack of the material by acids resulting of microorganisms metabolism, are sulfur-oxidising bacteria producing sulfuric acid, nitrifying bacteria producing nitric acid and fungi producing organic acids. This study concerns biodegradation of concrete, during six months, by fungi (Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus niger) producing many organic acids. An industrial process of concrete biodecontamination would lean on those works. Results show a thickness of degradation of 4 mm in six months and an important fragility of the concrete. An efficient and significant concrete biodecontamination process should then be applied without sophisticated systems.
