Module de cisaillement et coefficient d'amortissement du sable injecté
Resonant column and cyclic triaxial tests are performed on Fontainebleau sand grouted with three different types of grout, a silicate grout, a cement-based grout and a mineral based-grout in order to determine two parameters characterizing soil behaviour: shear modulus and damping ratio. Effect of grouting, type of grout, confining pressure, and strain is studied. Grouting improves stiffness of material especially for small strains. Whatever the type of material, confining pressure improved shear modulus whereas it has a negligible effect on the damping ratio. When strain increases, shear modulus decreases and damping ratio increases.
