Whither global construction? Some results of the ECERU opinion survey, 1993-95
The key findings of the survey show that the Asian construction market is at the focus of attention worldwide. However, Germany and Russia are close to the top of both ranking lists, showing that Europe is interesting in terms of construction activity. The USA and UK are less important in this context because they both rank highly due to a single factor — openness to competition.
