The dynamics of decentralisation: A case study of the South Australian Housing Trust
This paper explores recent organisational changes within the South Australian Housing Trust, focusing specifically on the decentralisation of the authority structure and the reasons behind this change. It was originally hypothesised that decentralisation was a response to the Housing Trust's changed circumstances, but it was discovered that a change in management styles was also an important causal factor.
