A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Changing Rooms is a building that considers the potential of glass construction and material transparency by proposing a series of screens with varying optical characteristics and speculating on how these might regulate the viewer's gaze. The project investigates the use, effect, and definition of changing levels of transparency and reflectivity, while studying ways these might be predicted. It is a speculation on the asymmetry of visual relations through screens.
