Building Materials: Sources, Occurrence and Development, The Case of Al-Madinah, Saudi Arabia
The following study was motivated by the desire to assess more clearly the nature, type and development of the industrial mineral resources in Al-Madinah Region. Since the region spreads over three of the four geologic units covering Saudi Arabia, there is a great possibility of the occurrence of a variety of mineral ores that may be exploited in the production of construction materials.
