Wrocław: The Central European Microcosm
The turbulent history of Wrocław is reflected in its urban structure. Today Wrocław is trying to get back onto the European stage by positioning itself as a progressive and multicultural Central European metropolis. The question is whether the local authorities and the residents understand this task in the same way.
