A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Phenomenal Surface: Fog House
Fog House seeks to engage the complex spatial and temporal dynamics of everyday life through the formal and experiential activation of surface and landscape. The project also attempts to blur the distinctions by which both surface and landscape are often conceived, such as that between surface and solid, landscape and building. Surface appears here as a medium to capture, reveal, and heighten latent, sometimes ephemeral, qualities present at the site.
