W 45 amends 'human requirements' list
When updating the list of human requirements for housing, what is the best way of expressing the need for energy saving in realising thermal comfort standards through heating? This question is raised by CIB working commission W45, which deals with human requirements and building design (co-ordinator M. Gerard Blachere). In issuing this Amendment No 1, it modifies the list first published in 1971 and invites comments on the proposed additional requirement concerning energy saving.
