Off highway vehicle automation-electronic bulldozer control
This paper describes a concept based on the systems approach of automation technology in three points of view; 1) the future direction of automation technology can be foreseen clearly in three dimensional space 'PID' (powerful, intelligent, diagnosis), 2) the automated system should be implemented as a hierarchical, multilevel system, 3) in the automated system, there are uncertainties regarding the consequences of implementing actions and the lack of sufficient knowledge of relationship involved. The last in this paper describes the electronic bulldozer control as an example of intelligent machines.
