Computerized scheduling simplifies maintenance
A computer software program, called maintenance management system (MMS), has been in use for over four years at the Hennepin County Government Center, a 24-story building in downtown Minneapolis, MN. Designed by John Carl Warnecke and Associates, San Francisco, the structure features a full-height, climate-controlled atrium separating two office tower sections. One tower houses administrative functions, the other court facilities. Maintenance reminder program assures complete and on-time care of electrical and mechanical equipment throughout a 1,400,000-sq.-ft facility.
