Am Beispiel der Versorgungsbranche werden die Erwartungen an universelle Analysesysteme für Messdaten und deren Möglichkeiten vorgestellt.
The archiving, analysis and diagnosis of process data is often inadequate or unwieldy for quality and cost management. Furthermore the requirement of data access via Internet for customer relations is often in the foreground. The expectations and capabilities of universal analysis Systems for measured data are presented using the energy supply industry as an example.The SILO-SQL system, described here, is open and is not only suitable for an energy supply utility, but also for enterprises in the process industry, as well as their customers who are able access it via normal Internet browsers. The systems have been running in municipal works departments, refuse incineration plants, gas and water supply plants and industrial enterprises for some time now and have proved themselves to be effective.
