Selbstverdichtender Beton. Anwendung in Deutschland
Es wird über Erfahrungen bei der Einführung des selbstverdichtenden Betons (SVB) in die Praxis berichtet. Anlaß ist die zum Teil unbegründete Diskussion zur Anwendbarkeit nicht genormter Baustoffe in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die Zulassungsverfahren, technischen Kennwerte und die gesammelten Erfahrungen auf den Baustellen. Zum einen wird gezeigt, wie innovative Produkte zur Anwendung kommen können, zum anderen werden Problemkreise mit neuen Baustoffen in Verbindung mit Lösungsansätzen beschrieben. Gerade beim selbstverdichtenden Beton zeigt sich die Schwierigkeit einer zum Teil auch durch die Gesetzeslage und Rechtsprechung bedingten unzureichenden Kommunikation zwischen Betonhersteller und Baufirma.
The paper is a report on the experience made during the introduction of Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) into practice. The reason for this presentation is the partly unfounded discussion on the application of not standardised building materials in Germany. With regards to the procedure of the technical approvals, the paper gives a comprehensive survey on technical parameters and the collected experience on the sites. On the one hand it is shown by means of an example, how innovative products can come into use. On the other hand issues with new building materials are described in combination with possible methods of solution. Self-Compacting Concrete is a good example for the difficulties of an insufficient communisation - partly caused by legislation and jurisdiction - between the concrete manufacturer and the construction company.
