A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
The field conditions of the Nanjing TV Tower is introduced. The feasibility of its wind fluctuation control engineering is discussed. In order to transfer the whole system through a small door, all facility components are made to be detachable. By making the attached mass as a mass ring connected to the tower with three actuators, the problems of implementing the control force and control displacement are solved. Moreover, the design, construction and installation of other parts of whole system are also introduced here-in.
