Zastosowanie analizy obrazu do okreslania porowatosci betonu na probkach utwardzonych

A stereological method for porosity assessment in concretes using a computer program for image analysis (FRAKTAL-Stereolog) was presented. Procedures for counting the emptinesses above 0.2 mm (qualified as aerial pores) formed in processes of mix and placing the concrete were compared. Aerial porosity of concretes was studied on specially prepared microsection by a planimetric method to determine relative surface of pores. The content of aerial pores ranged from 1.81 to 3.34 %. Minimum surface area analyzed was 400 cm². The proposed method can be used for detecting volume emptinesses of above 0.2 mm in diameter. The method can be used for diagnostics technological properties and composition of hardened concrete samples.
