An das Trinkwassernetz angeschlossene Anlagen, Apparate oder Maschinen sind für die Trinkwasserhygiene eine oft unterschätzte Gefahrenquelle im Falle einer Rücksaugung oder eines Rückdrückens. Oft passieren solche Installationen durch mangelndes Wissen, Unachtsamkeit oder einfach durch Unüberlegtheit von Installateuren oder Betriebsschlossern. Der Anlagenbetreiber ist sich oft nicht bewusst, welche Gefahr von seinem Betrieb ausgeht. Deshalb sollten periodische Installationskontrollen bei Industrie und Gewerbebetrieben unbedingt durchgeführt werden.
Equipments, devices or machines connected to the drinking water net are often underestimated; in cases of a water return in the water net, the drinking water hygiene is at risk. In many cases, devices are incorrectly installed due to a lack of knowledge, inattention or absence of consideration of the plumbers and locksmiths in charge. The operators are often not aware of the fact that their sites are able to endanger the drinking water quality. Therefore, it is a vital necessity that inspections of the indoor installation are periodically conducted.
