It is planned in the shape of an isosceles triangle. It has a total height of 246 m, 61 000 m2 floor area above ground and a roof mast reaching 333 m high. The new owner requested significant changes to the architectural function. The changes of architectural function to the underground floors required modifications and reinforcement as well. With enormous effort. the last version of the design document was issued in 2002 and the main structure was successfully completed in October, 2004.
