Electro-hydraulic steering control systems for heavy duty of intelligent construction machinery
The electro-hydraulic steering control systems for heavy duty of intelligent construction machinery are studied in the paper. By analysis the problems existed in the present steering system based on Akerman's steering trapezium linkage mechanism, a kind of new traveling and steering system with distributed electro-hydrostatic driving and electro-hydraulic proportional independently steering is proposed for multi-axle earth-moving construction machinery. In the framework of networked control, the multi-axis coordinated control law based on improving contour tracking accuracy is developed. Furthermore, the experiments on DCY270 transporter's steering system have verified the effectiveness of the above motion synthesis and coordinated control methods.
