Przemyslowe uklady wody chlodzacej. Eksploatacja i kompleksowa ochrona inhibitorowa przyjazna dla srodowiska naturalnego
Four corrosion and scale inhibitors were produced by phosphonomethylation of hydroxylamine and its O-methoxyl-, O-carboxymethyl- and O-sulfonic-derivatives and tested in cooling water systems with increased salinity. Their protective action on carbon steel was taken into consideration. The product of phosphonomethylation of hydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid showed the highest inhibiting performance (corrosion rate 0.018 mm/year, corrosion inhibition efficiency 96%, scale inhibition efficiency 90%) at the concentration 80 mg/dm3 and at zinc ion concentration 2 mg/dm3.
