Hangzhou is being made the Internatonal Tourism City, and the Oriental Leisure Capital, owing advantages of long history and natual talent to build an exllent waterfront leisure and recreation space. The all-round protection and development is going back into the public vison of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Hangzhou section with a number of recreation space construction reflecting the canal culture, pleasant and atrrative. This paper put forward a series of construction scheme and management plan for the recreation space based on the research of space development, recreation building, road traffic and other aspects of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Hangzhou section.
