Zastosowanie procesow membranowych w przemysle chemicznym - recykling surowcow, oszczednosc energii
The solutions for the industry based on the application of membrane techniques in the production processes were developed in long-term laboratory and pilot-plant investigations. The technologies already developed and implemented as well as the solutions designed for specific demands of the industry were presented. The benefits of the use of energy-efficient membrane techniques, their high effectiveness and an advantageous impact on the natural environment were evidenced. The solutions presented, classified as green technology, are economically justified and generate measurable profits for the production plant, where they were implemented. As examples, membranbe processes for ethylene glycol or zinc recovery from wastewaters and for water recovery in electroplating plants were demonstrated.
