Metoda rozmieszczania urzadzen pomiarowych i wykonawczych do celu diagnozowania wyciekow w sieciach wodociagowych
A method for configuring flow meter locations and reducing valve set-up points was developed. Optimal positions for placemnt of sensors acquiring information needed for fault detection and locating small leakage points in water distribution systems were shown. The method is based on systematic search and use of genetic algorithms. For both approaches, the objective/fitness function was created with the use of sensitivity measures and optimal experimental design criterions. The verification of the delineated approach was conducted for a real water supply network at Rybnik (Poland). The achieved results confirmed the correctness of the proposed method.
