The Roof Broken Mechanism of Fully Mechanized Coal Face with Super Thick and Loose Layer
In view of the study insufficient of the broken rule and mechanism and feature of coal face with super thick and loose layer that crushed coal face hydraulic support, The broken rule and mechanism and feature of coal face with super thick and loose layer in LONGDONG Mine are studied and the fracture development and abscission layer growth and caving characteristics in the process of are analysed by use of theoretical analysis and physical simulation experiment and numerical simulation analysis. The study comes to the conclusion that super thick and loose layer are with caving arch structure that are different from conventional roof broken feature. the broken mechanical model of super thick and loose layer are established and the coal face caving arch parameters of super thick and loose layer are determined by use of mining rock mechanics theory.
