Building energy efficiency is the inevitable way to build and carry out sustainable development strategy, and it is also the inherent requirement to improve the quality of building function. The procedural law which engineering quality of building energy efficiency forms demands that it is necessary for government to put comprehensive and whole process supervision into effect, to pay attention to quality review before construction, to strengthen comprehensive supervision during construction, to be rigid when supervising on checking the quality of energy efficiency project, to be serious to handling procedures and methods of energy efficiency project supervision, and to standardize supervision reports and archives. In a word, all above are to realize continuous improvements and efficiency increasing of government supervision on engineering quality of building energy efficiency project.
