Die Verwertung von Rauchgasgips als recyclinggerechter Reststoff aus der Kraftwerksindustrie erfordert eine Vertiefung des Qualitaetsverstaendnisses. Untersuchungen ueber die Auswirkungen der Nebenbestandteile Russ und Flugkoks sowie ueber die Einfluesse der Nebenbestandteile Aluminiumoxid, Siliciumdioxid und verschiedener Eisenverbindungen wurden durchgefuehrt. Auf die anwendungstechnische Bedeutung von Restcarbonat in Rauchgasgips wird eingegangen.
Utilization of flue-gas gypsum is a by-product from the power generating industry. Investigations have been carried out into the effects of the secondary constituents soot and flue coke. The influence of the secondary constituents alumina, silica and various iron compounds are explained. An examination is made of the importance of residual carbonate in the flue-gas gypsum from the aspect of applications technology.
