Von der US-Fa. Plastics wurde unlaengst das Modell eines neuartigen Kunststoffhauses vorgestellt. Konstruktionsprinzip dieses bis Mitte 1989 realisierten Vorhabens ist das 'Total Environmental Control (TEC) System', das sowohl die Heizungs-, Lueftungs- und Klimaanlagen als auch die Elektroanlage und das Wasserverteilsystem ueberwacht und regelt. Zur Verteilung aller Medien und Energien im Haus dienen neue dreischichtige Kunststoffwandelemente mit innenliegenden Kanaelen. (Krueger)
