This paper is intended to identify and distinguish various standard form contract documents currently in use in Asia, and the sources from which copies can be obtained, as well as to explore some problematical contract practices found in Asia, particularly in infrastructure procurement. The Conference presentation time for this topic will be focused on the problematical contract practices, to stimulate sharing among the Conference session attendees of their experiences.
