Experimental vibration analysis of an aluminum ribbed panel
An experimental dynamic analysis of a ribbed aluminum panel is presented. Firstly, the vibration characteristics of the aluminum panel were determined experimentally by examining drive-point admittance and resonant shapes. The dynamic vibration response of three different excitation locations on the panel was then quantified and compared for frequencies of resonance less than 1000 Hz.
