Mesh anode cathodic protection system: freeman's bridge test site
The construction, activation, and initial performance of a mesh anode cathodic protection system on a bridge deck are described. The deck was badly deteriorated prior to repair. A detailed condition survey was made, including measurement of corrosion rates using linear polarization equipment. Two similar titanium mesh anodes were used.
