Unifikacja kalibrowania dwuteownikow PN, IPE oraz IPE-AA w walcowni sredniej typu ciaglego
A conception to start production of a new economic double-tee bar (IPE-AA) in continuous medium section mill without increasing of roll assembly and fittings is presented. Unification of sizing three types of double-tee bars is foreseen. Distribution of deformation in passes and separate parts of double-tee twin- and four-roll passes is analysed. Load of rolls was calculated by Zjuzin method. The scheme of roll pass design to roll PN, IPE and IPE-AA double-tee bars in the range of 100 to 200 mm in many common shape passes is presented.
