Base on the analysis of problems of previous pile-soil displacement model, rigid pile settlement under embankment load method was established, this method can also consider the factors of soil and the relative slip between pile and earth deformation dyssynchrony. Some theories were described in part I. In this part, some theoretical calculations and an engineering example was analyzed and shows that the rationality and feasibility of the method.
