By analyzing and researching the layout of the vernacular architecture of the Taihang Mountains, the shape of space, materials technology, energy-saving technologies, construction techniques, we can discover the suitable ecological factors, and provide the basis for the realization of sustainable development and updating of the vernacular architecture.
