Rating Energy Efficiency and Sustainability of Buildings by International Standards
The aim of this work is to harmonize the international certification of "green" construction. For comparison taken American LEED, DGNB German and Russian RGNB, the first two as well-established, and the latter as emerging. The paper discusses the evaluation criteria, as well as sites that claim to be "green." Revealed significant advantages of this construction at the international level.
