Situation & Prospect of Research on Talus Slope
Due to its origin reasons, deformation failure mechanism, and geometry boundary condition,the property of talus slope is very complex and may bring serious environmental problem. Whats more, the destruction of landslide and the handling of talus slope impact on the natural environment and engineering. In particular, in order to ensure its stability, some of natural environment is changed seriously by cutting slope, it is serious affected the ecological environmental deterioration. This paper highlights the problems universally existing in incompetent talus slope engineering; a review is made on the theoretical results and research progress achieved in internal qualities, destabilization pattern, deformation, stability, dynamic analysis. Then the existing problems and further research direction are proposed, so as to provide a reliable reference for further research or work.
