An Equilibrium Model of Stakeholders’ Interests for the Promotion of Green Building
Green building is the inevitable way of implementing sustainable development in the construction industry. Based on the cost-benefit analysis of green building from the perspectives of governments, owners, and implementers, this paper offers the cost-benefit equation of each participant, and subsequently establishes the cost-benefit equilibrium model of participants during the progress of green building. Finally, the authors proposed strategies on promoting green building in terms of the stakeholders’ benefits and cost.
