Design Strategy Based on Green Building - Take the “City Plaza” Project as an Example
The project of City Plaza and its office buildings all regard the green three-star as the overall design goal, which has been identified by the China's Green Three-star Design Evaluation. This project could make rational use of the natural conditions and ecological energy-saving technology to the maximum extent by the comprehensive planning and architectural monomer design, and adopt the low-cost and low-input way such as the green building materials to balance and protect the surrounding ecosystem. Therefore, it could improve the energy-saving efficiency of project and explore a new organic mode to apply modern green building energy-saving technologies in the process of tradition respect and protection.
