The Residential Area Planning for the Sustainable Development
This paper first introduces the residential area planning case for the sustainable development of Shanghai Vanke langrun garden and Ningbo green residential housing. Then combines the growing trend of residential area planning, this paper proposes some principles for the residential area planning of the sustainable development: ecological development, hybrid development, compact development, economic development, the fully mix of people and environment and the social development.
