"Passed August 26, 1721."
Erroneously ascribed to the press of Franklin and Meredith and dated [1730?] by Hildeburn, who notes "The type is Franklin's but date of publication is uncertain." Miller notes that the type is Baskerville, first used in England in the late 1750's and not imported to America until the last decade of the eighteenth century. The paper is from the Delaware mill of Joshua Gilpin, who set up his business in 1787
