Business issues top the list of managers’ concerns
According to responses given in AWWA's latest state of the industry report, utility managers see business issues as a critical concern in both the near term and long term ‐ and they also see them as inadequately addressed by the association. This issue of Journal seeks to help close that information gap by providing articles on such topics as effective leadership, asset management, performance management, emergency preparedness, and mobile and wireless technology.
