Diese Überschrift macht bereits den Wandel deutlich, der mit einer ungeheuren Dynamik alle Firmen, alle Branchen, ja die ganze Wirtschaft herausfordert. Und auch unsere Branche, die Baubranche, oder noch enger gesehen, der Stahlbau, muß nicht nur mit konjunkturellen Anpassungen, sondern auch mit grundsätzlichen strukturellen Veränderungen fertig werden.
Es soll weder eine volkswirtschaftliche, wissenschaftliche Analyse zur Bewältigung des Strukturwandels gegeben werden noch ein Maßnahmenkatalog eines Unternehmensberaters formuliert werden, sondern Gedanken und Überlegungen vorgestellt werden, die ein mittelständischer Unternehmer anstellt, um das eigene Unternehmen zukunftsfähig zu machen.
From Steel Manufacturer to General Constructor.
The above title clarifies the rapid change that has occurred from the Company's inception from that of a steel manufacture to a multi‐disciplined organisation that is able to be proactive in all areas of industry covered by our products. Because of our earlier beginnings we are ideally placed to cope with the many changes that occur with not only cyclical alterations but also fundamental structural changes.
Construction is a complex interdisciplinary process and to create and handle this process is one of the biggest challenges we have to face. This would not be possible with antiquated hierarchic leadership patterns. We in our company are convinced that team organisation and partnership is the key to success.
A product which is service orientated, market driven and focussed on customer's benefit, with a minimum of hierarchical constraints and staff who identify not only with their task but also the product are not only the key to success for the company's development but also its future.
