The multipurpose Computer that has been installed to direct fully automatic control of the water System for the island of Oahu (Honolulu County) is described here. It will act as master to a minicomputer‐based central supervisory control and data‐acquisition System known as the WATCCH System. The commercial applications as well as the economic benefits derived thereform are also described.
