Der Beitrag befasst sich mit dem systematischen Entwurf und Test von Prozessführungskonzepten für Trennwandkolonnen. Es wird eine Entwicklungsplattform präsentiert, die diese Gesamtaufgabe systematisch und weitgehend automatisch löst. Neben der Beschreibung der Bestandteile der Plattform und ihrer Funktionalitäten wird zudem ein praktisches Beispiel gezeigt, das die Anwendbarkeit der Plattform für die Entwicklung eines Prozessführungskonzepts einer Trennwandkolonne im Technikumsmaßstab belegt. Eine erfolgreiche, praktische Validierung des Konzepts rundet die Entwicklungsarbeiten ab.
This paper deals with the systematic design and test of process control structures for dividing wall columns. A platform, named ConStructDWC, is presented which can be applied for this purpose. With the help of ConStructDWC the task of developing a process control structure is solved almost automatically. In the following, the contents of ConStructDWC and its functions are described. Additionally ConStructDWC is used for a dividing wall column in pilot scale. The results and an experimental test verify the practicability of the developed platform.
